CANCELATION POLICY

s&*T happens! we kindly request that you give us 12 hour notice of any cancelations. Failure to cancel within that window or if you ‘no-show’ a scheduled appointment, it will result in a 50% cancelation fee to your credit card on file. we allow 1 courtesy cancelation for new clients and Exceptions are made in the case of a medical emergency.


MOBILE CANCELATIONS

for mobile appointments, we kindly request 24 hour notice of any cancelations due to special staffing circumstances. We have chosen and booked an experienced nurse for you, who has held the time on his or her schedule. Failure to cancel within the requested window will result in a 50% cancelation fee to your credit card on file for all services booked. if a nurse has already been dispatched, we will also charge 50% of the travel fee applicable for you appointment.

if you are unable to receive your mobile iv service due to any of the following reasons, you will not be charged for the service, but the travel fee still applies:

  • medical reasons (i.e. vitals are out range)

  • unsafe or unsanitary environment

although this situation occurs very rarely, if the nurse is unable to successfully start the iv after 2 tries, you will not be charged for the service or the travel fee. per our general terms and conditions you agree that you will allow the nurse to start the iv twice if needed.


late arrivals

we will do our best to accommodate any late arrivals, just like we ask you do your best to be on time.

If we cannot squeeze you in, we will rebook you at no charge in the same week (7 day window). if you cancel or no-show to your re-booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of your original appointment value.

For mobile appointments, if you are late to your own party, we will do what we can in the originally allotted time for your appointment. this may mean a smaller iv bag and paying the full travel fee, or it may mean not receiving your service altogether which results in a 50% effective cancelation fee.

We will always do our best to accommodate your full service if possible.
